What is the return policy?

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your order. If you don't, you have 30 days after delivery to request a return.

How to start a return

Email us at selfcareforlesss@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Please don't send anything back before we reply. Because our products ship from several fulfillment partners, we'll confirm the correct return instructions for your specific item, and returns sent without approval can't be processed.

What's eligible

Items must be unused and in their original packaging. We'll email you the return instructions within 2 business days of your request.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, and we'll cover the return shipping.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we can't accept returns on opened incense, oils, and other consumable items, or on gift cards.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you about the refund. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original and place a new order.

Customers in the European Union

If your order ships to the EU, you can cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery for any reason.

A few choices in there are yours to confirm:

Sale items: Your old policy excluded them, but nearly everything you sell is discounted. A no-returns-on-sale rule would make most of your store non-returnable, which hurts trust. I left it out.
Return shipping: I wrote it so you pay only for damaged or wrong items. Change that if a supplier's terms differ.
Email address: Set up support@selfcareforless.com first (Shopify can forward it to your current inbox), or swap in whatever address you'll actually use. Just don't leave any placeholder text on the live page.

Are any purchases final sale?

We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
